Shoden Reiki Level 1
Walk away with healing hands to use on yourself and family and friends. The Reiki Level 1 Practitioner Course is all about learning to heal the self and share with friends and family and is suitable for people who are interested in Reiki as a personal and spiritual development. It is also the first level of training for those who wish to pursue Reiki professionally.
First Degree Reiki Training is about learning to connect to the Energy, how to develop your sensitivity to the flow of energy, beginning your own self-healing journey and expanding your mindset allowing you to channel the energy effectively.
Reiki Level 1 training will include:
- The history of reiki
- Your reiki Lineage
- The Reiki Principles
- An understanding of the body’s energy centres
- Understanding of the links between mind and body, and what it means for those who receive it
- Knowledge on how to cleanse, protect and channel reiki to heal the self and others
- Meditation techniques to strengthen and clear your energy
- 4 attunements/reju (blessings)
After receiving attunements to any level it is important that you perform self-treatments once a day for 21 days to help start to heal yourself.
The courses are relaxed and informal with a maximum group size of 4 so that each person can receive as much attention and support needed.

Okuden Reiki Level 2
Expand your knowledge with the Sacred Reiki symbols and deepen your connection to the healing energies with this Level 2 Training.
Reiki Level 2 is the second level for Reiki which further increases your spiritual energy levels and intuition. You need to have attended an in-person Reiki 1 training and attunements and hold an Usui Lineage qualification before you can proceed to the second level of Reiki with me. Reiki Level 2 Training will include:
- Learning the 3 Sacred Symbols
- How to send distant healing
- How to use Reiki on animals
- How and when to use the symbols when treating yourself and others
- Hold space safely
- Reiki as a profession
- 1 Attunement
After receiving attunements to any level it is important that you perform self-treatments once a day for 21 days to help start to heal yourself.
The courses are relaxed and informal with a maximum group size of 4 so that each person can receive as much attention and support needed. It is recommended that there is a 6 month waiting period after the completing the Level 1 training course and starting the level 2 course.

Level 3 Master Teacher Training
Complete your journey on the 2 day Reiki Level 3 Master / Teacher Course.
Reiki Level 3 relates to self-mastery which takes time and patience. It’s a process of living and learning, but from a place of power from within. Its about knowing the true self and being of service to others, as well as living your highest purpose.
Over the 2 days you will learn:
Day 1 Master Level
- The knowledge of the Master symbol as well as other symbols
- Techniques to enhance your reiki practice
- Master Attunement
- A guided meditation to introduce you to your guides and receive further healing and information.
Day 2 Master Teacher Training
- Knowledge of the 2 symbols used in attunement
- Learn and practice attuning others to Level 1, 2 and 3.
- Explore how you would like to teach Reiki
- Explore any stumbling blocks you may have experienced in practice
- Includes manual and certificate
After receiving attunements to any level it is important that you perform self-treatments once a day for 21 days to help start to heal yourself.

Must have completed Reiki Level 2 to continue onto this course and be able to draw the 3 Reiki symbols by memory.

Reiki Refresher Course Level 1
This 3 hour course is for anyone who has already completed the Level 1 training but has not worked with energy for some time and wishes to remind themselves of the practice of Reiki.
Level 1 includes:
- Connecting with the Reiki energy
- Grounding techniques
- How to treat the self and others
- Protection
- 4 Reju Blessing
- Level 1 manual
- Certificate of attendance

Reiki Refresher Course Level 2
This 4 hour course is for anyone who has already completed the Level 1 and Level 2 training but has not used it for some time and wishes to further their practice of reiki.
Level 2 includes:
- Overview of Reiki 1
- Connecting with the Reiki energy
- Grounding techniques
- The Reiki Symbols
- How to send Reiki distantly through time and space
- Protection
- Reju Blessings

Mentoring Programme
The online mentoring programme, tailored to suit your needs will take place for 1 hour once a month for 4 months. (Single sessions also available)
This programme is suitable for those who wish to go deeper into their self healing and Reiki practice, by exploring any fears and blockages you may have that is stopping you from reaching your full potential. The programme helps to release and let go of no what longer serves you from your highest good.
